Continuing on with my completed models is the Aviatik B-II. Heavily influenced by Steve Hustad’s excellent work on the Word War One modeling page, I decided to attempt my own.
Build log is here: https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/hyperscale/joystick-aviatik-b-ii-t529408.html
Thank you all for your very kind comments on my other work. I really have been made welcome here.

Tim,
You're almost enticing me to pull a kit out of the big bin of vacuform kits. I may have to do one this year. Gorgeous work.

Another great looking early type in 1/72, very inspiring!
By the way, the link to your build log is not working, at least for me.

Sorry about the link. It is corrected now.
Stuart please do dig into your vac stash. They are not that intimidating after you get started!

That is a super model and in the Correct Scale! The markings are very striking - indeed the finish overall is first class.

Lovely work. I really like the fabric effects. I have a couple of Joystick vacs at home but am afraid to tackle them.
Cheers
