Finally, TaurusModels has woken up from the long hibernation. And with great pleasure, I present you a new engine: Gnome Lambda, which can be used in WNWs Sopwith Pup. Just see the pictures below. I hope, you will enjoy :)

It's even better in the flesh Steve. This is Lukasz's best engine yet! Regards, Pete in RI

Incredible work. A masterpiece.
Too bad I don't have a suitable model for it on the shelf.
...... are my eyes deceiving me or are there actually closed AND open valves in the cylinder heads?

You have Bertl :)
Just wait for a little, I'm working on a slight modification, to Oberursel U0.

I thought we'd agreed the use of shrink rays and/or overscale props (ie giant matchsticks) was not allowed on this forum? ;D Lukasz, that is a beautiful piece! WOW!

Incredible gnome there - love it!
Im curious what metallic paint brand and colors you used on it?
-
I used Gunze Super Metallic - all are described in detail in manual, which can be downloaded here:

Hi Lukasz
I recieved the engine in the post a couple of days ago. Can you please send me some replacement eyes and fingers (shake proof) as i'm going to need them. ;D This engine is unbelievable and as a professional guitar maker I must say the propeller is the bees knees. This model will need some care. Any chance of it in 1/48 ;D only joking but would it be worthwile ressurecting your 1/48 scale range, they were really nice.
Cheers

The best a modeller can get!

Absolutely mind boggling good!

Just got mine in the mail today. Unbelievable kit! I think it would be a waste to put it in the WnW Sopwith Pup because it would hardly be visible. Maybe the CSM Caudron GIII?
But it will be a while before I can muster up the courage to build it!

:D :D :D Every time I pop in the first picture with the matchstick or the penny I feel frustation but also a great admiration and respect for the author's skills. I have two of your amazing engines still buried, untouched in their boxes and even don't knowing when I'm going to build them I always crave for all of your new wonders.

Im trying to find a Gnome 100hp for my Wingnuts 1/32 DH.2, Im struggling online
Can you suggest anything? Would the new Pup engine be suitable?
Many thanks,
