Title: kitlinx Problem
Post by: JamesAPrattIII on September 08, 2021, 04:27:18 AM
I made an order to Kitlinx and mailed a check to:

Kitlinx Inc
8385 Allen St, Suite 105
Sandy UT 84119

and got my letter back stamped "Return to Sender" I think I have heard Kitlinx was moving does anyone know their new address?

What other places in the US sell models?

This is the address I find on the front page of their website:

8385 Allen St. Suite 105
Sandy, UT 84070

Only difference I see is the zip code

also:

Email: [email protected]
Phone: 801-815-0677 (Leave Message)

They have an updated newsletter for Sept 3, 2021 https://www.kitlinx.com/blog/ecommerceblog.cgi?viewit=201

Maybe they were at the IPMS nationals and your letter got sidetracked somehow?  Email or call them and maybe they can explain.

As for other sources, there seem to quite a few options in the USA,  Spruebrothers comes to mind.

cheers, Graham ( near Ottawa, Canada )

James,
I'd email them. I've found them very responsive in the past.

An incorrect zip code on a piece of mail will almost always get returned. I agree with WD - they are a good outfit to deal with. Also Sprue Brothers in Missouri is very good - and they are fast with shipping!
Hobbylinc in Georgia (not to be confused with Hobbylink Japan) is another, and also quick.
