Many of the LGOC B type buses were requisitioned during WWI, initially as troop transporters. Eventually, due to their simple modular construction some were adapted into other things, like ambulances, lorries, pigeon lofts...

My preferred scale is 1/32, and way back in 1962 Airfix produced a model of the B type: https://www.scalemates.com/kits/airfix-471-1910-b-type-bus--180977 (https://www.scalemates.com/kits/airfix-471-1910-b-type-bus--180977). It has been re-released many times and can be found pretty cheap on Ebay. Mine cost £10 including postage

A mix of kit and styrene sheet:

Of course, Miniart make a lovely 1:35 version... https://www.scalemates.com/kits/miniart-38027-british-lorry-3t-lgoc-b-type--1276547 (https://www.scalemates.com/kits/miniart-38027-british-lorry-3t-lgoc-b-type--1276547)
