If anyone is still looking for this, I got one from "Der sockelshop" in Germany a couple of weeks ago. They sill seem to have them in stock. Both 1:32 and 1:48.
And yes, its a true gem, and a huge inprovement over the Roden version.

I'd be interested in the 4-blade propeller that went with this motor, in 1/35th scale and in plastic or resin. Any help available?

Not resin or plastic, and not 1/35, but available directly from LF Models. I got mine from ebay seller “rebelalpha” Scotts’ Model Workshop, but that was a long time ago.
