Lovely model, beautifully made. SE5a is my favourite aircraft of all time and your rendition is superb.
As to something missing I'm not sure, although I am surprised at the small roundels and number 3. Burden's own sketches of C1096 show the letter 'V' and large roundels outboard on the ailerons (and headrest removed) and the SE5 File records it also displaying the number 2 at some stage. Presumable there's a picture somewhere of it wearing 3 and small inboard roundels.
Notwithstanding, it's a terrific model.
Congrats. Sandy

Gorgeous model, Krzysiek.
As for the missing element, I do not enter into markings, I focus on the structural bits, I spent 15 minutes studying your model and the only thing I found missing are those tiny fancy hooks hanging down from the exhaust pipes under their fronts (some kind of drainage pipe, I am not sure). In other words I want to stress that if this is indeed OOB model it is a spectacularly detailed kit.

Hi
only thing I found missing are those tiny fancy hooks hanging down from the exhaust pipes under their fronts
..seems the are more features missing. You are right with this one
I was thinking of C1096 marking on the vertical stabilizer, but now it seems be that manufacurers marking proposal is not 100% correct

Thanks for the explanation. Still, you have built an amazing model, a true gem in your collection!

I thougt you talk about the missing small fuel pipes from the fairings below the middle part of the upper wing?
That detail is only known, if you build that model already. I replaced the little plastic parts by metal with isolation from a cable.
Anyway, that is a nice model!

Wow, what a beautiful model. The colors are so vibrant and nothing looks boring. Everywhere ate some details, chips and scratches to discover.
