Title: 1/48 pilot heads?

Does anyone make these?  I've been searching and can't find anything.  I've given up searching for 1/48 seated pilots and plan to sculpt my own.  I'm comfortable doing that, but don't think I can sculpt heads.

Tamiya produces a lot of 1/48th scale figures. All that is required is a 1/48th scale guillotine. ::)
