Title: 1/48 Eduard Albatros D.V
Post by: Snowbird3a on January 25, 2021, 04:16:40 AM: this is the very early release of the Albatros D.v, the one with PE cabane struts and a white metal engine; I borrowed a couple of Spandaus from the Dragon DVII, a Barracuda seat, kit decals, with the serial number from Wood&Wires. Due to my poor planning, there are a couple of rigging wires missing and a radiator pipe absent. Included is a pic with previous MvR builds; a Eduard Albatros D.III and a Dragon Fokker F.1

The fourth picture shows clearly, that the Eduard legs are to short - in this picture perspective it converts a elegant Albatros into a plump whale ::) (that is not your fault; just to point out for others who wants to follow, what could be improved)

Definitely not hand painted, all airbrushed
