Title: Which Gaspatch turnbukles are best for WW1 aircraft
Post by: James Reagan on October 13, 2020, 01:42:20 AM
I'll have to stick with 1/32 scale since I can hardly see them. I assume Albatros for Albatros. I'm awaiting some Albion Alloy tubes and some Bregen eyelets.Perhapse the best turnbuckles are no turnbuckles.   Postage really has slowed down

Hi James, I use a combination of 1/48 and 1/32 from Gaspatch on 1/32 models. Check reference photo's for the sizes needed. Also the ball n socket "Albatros" type can be used on other German A/C as well, again, check photo's. I buy them direct from Gaspatch in Greece, shipping to Rhode Island USA averages 10 days.
