Short 184 - HMS Ben-my-Chree 1915 - This is the TC Resins 1/48 model I built twenty years ago and it fought me every inch of the way. Even after sanding on an industrial scale, the wings were incredibly heavy and the mono rigging is certainly doing its job in holding them level. Not much else available though!

Sandy,
You've a pile of real treasures in your collection and I've enjoyed seeing them here these past several days! Rare subjects and some real classics, lovely work and keep them coming!
Cheers,

Thanks Lance, I worried that a lot of people might have seen them before, but I wanted a safe place to keep them alongside all the superb models posted by others.
I must admit I enjoyed the range of 1/48 kits available but was seduced to 1/32 by WNW - whom we all thought would be with us forever!
Cheers, mate.

I agree completely with Lance. This one is Outstanding as are all of the others.

Cheers, Rick and at 1/48 it just fitted the bookcase. Probably as well WNW didn't get round to it!
