The title says it all. Is the Meng DR1 on Pre Sale in an online shop convenient to the USA? Shipping costs etc included.

Given the Rodens in my stash and the fact that we still don't know much about the final form of this former WNW product, I'm going to wait until they're in general circulation and more information becomes available. The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.

Hmmm do I or don’t I.? Haven’t yet checked Hannants here in the UK..
I do like the Dr but I have already built (not very well) Revell versions in 1:72 and 1:48. I also have Eduard’s version in 1:48 and a twin pack 1:72.
Do I need a 1:32 WNW quality model.? Would love one, but not sure my stash warrants it yet..

I will be buying from a UK modelshop. Yes, it will cost a little more, but I will have those warm fuzzy feelings knowing that part of the money paid will help keep said model shop afloat.

I don't think this has been mentioned but I saw today that Sprue Brothers Now has the DR1 on pre order.
$70.49 for the DR1 ( MSRP shows $98.00)
$109.00 for the DR1 with Bust ( MSRP was I think $149.00 )

Why are you guys not ordering direct from Hong Kong? I got mine two weeks ago. I know some people's individual kits have been mashed in the post, but I ordered three and they came in perfect condition, packed in a sturdy cardboard box. 39.99USD each plus about 20USD total postage to UK, I'm sure postage to US would be similar.

Well you can get it in the USA from Squadron for 89.99 without bust or 139.99 with it - apparently $2 off MSRP!
Amazing to see a kit from HK at $39 being sold for more than double here sheesh....

My 2 arrived today from hongkong, it was like waiting for literally a slow boat from china, but with discount i paid just over 102 usd for both combined. ;)
Very happy camper, plus mine had none of the issues i had heard about.... no warps, broken parts, crushed boxes etc
