I start it with my friends old model from SH, I saved this one from trash and repaint it in Belgian 2tone color
I remove the paint with oven cleaner (btw its took me 4 days) and then a grey primer, following with pc 10 green first, I did it free hand , on top I did a little highlights on the color
the same with the brown pc12,for the rudder I use masking tape for the 3colors
for the roundels I use also masking tape ( I have no decals only for the small ones )for the 3 colors black yellow and red , first I use white for a base , also for the small roundels

That is so cool, Fixman! Great save. The paint scheme and painted markings look like they're shaping up nicely.

Sometimes I am asking myself, do we need another Nieuport 11?

Very nice work, Fixman, it looks splendid.. I just love a Nieuport 11! Edgar, A Bebe done by you would be fabulous, but how about considering 1/24 scale as it's such a small aeroplane? But I'll take one in any scale....

Instead, I ask myself, do we need a Hanriot HD.1 and HD.2 ... and the answer is a resounding, "Yes!". ;)
And I think the polls agree on that.

Looking good, especially in Belgian colours. I'm surprised the D.VI is so small, the Nieuport isn't all that big, but the D.VI looks even smaller!

As nice of a model that Special Hobby kit builds into, one has to work at it to achieve those results. A nice CSM kit would be welcome.
