Title: Great service from Ray Rimmel

I just wanted to publicly say what brilliant service I have received from Ray. I ordered data files for the Pup, Triphound and SE5a which all went missing in action. I emailed Ray on Saturday who took the trouble to reply on Sunday to say he was sending replacements. These arrived today. If only every company took such pride in their business!
