Great way to use your Pheon Decals
-
I would go for this, but by the time Royal mail and the tax man take their cut it won't be any cheaper than plucking the kit with decals from the top shelf @Hannants

Is this only available through Wingnuts or will our local distributor get theirs eventually? ???

Yes. Or anything else in the decal bank. Just need go without stencils and paint the dials I guess.

Yes pretty much the same for us down under with the USD exchange rate etc.
-
Interesting indeed - I am on board for a couple if they show at my normal in country WNW supplier (vs. shipping from NZ)
-
Can't speak for other countries but the current exchange rate is a killer for Aussies buying anything in US dollars. As of today the Aussie Dollar is worth US65c. Which means those overtree WnW kits at $US59 are $A90 plus postage and the rather necessary decal sheets at $US19 work out at $A29 apiece.
Overtree kits are a great idea, now if only everything was priced in NZ Dollars.

Nice to see these kits, but a bit confused...
They say no decals, but there is lozenge included? and in the instructions there are decals listed for instuments and basic stencils.
I would love to have these decals present and perhaps some prop logo's, much more then the lozenge decals.
-
I suggest no decals means no decals. The instruction books are presumably just reprints of previous editions and they have omitted changing artwork to keep pricing down.
With today's announcement about CoVid19 causing delays to the new kits, (and decals printed in Italy,) perhaps they are releasing these kits to use up stocks of plastic bits to keep cashflow going.
BTW Hannants have these on future release at 58.99GBP, interestingly no discount for pre-order (as yet anyway.)
