Good Day
I will try to build this one in polish marking. 13163/17 was the late vs. but difference from early production was related mostly with larger ailerons surface. Hopefully WNW provides some kind of option but must check if it would be appropriate for late.
Done some fittings already

Hi,
Sorry to be late with my answers.. ingnition wires were made of EZ line, this reddish one ;D
Per wood tones I have used H66 + H79 as a base then oil burnt sienna, ochre and a little bit umbra at the end
I have closed the fuselage already, so those are last pic done just before

Good Day
Have not been updating this thread some some time but still working on it..
As the H. were covered with kind of khaki before polish insignia were provided I have decided to imitate fuselage hexagons to be little transparent once final layer would be applied

K,
Thanks for the update. I'll save that technique in the back of my mind for future use.

Beautifully done K.! Just having done the same to the Schlasta 21 scheme on my Halberstadt I can really appreciate how well you were able to replicate the show through of the lozenge on the final finish, this is going to be a stunning model when complete!
Cheers,

Truly amazing K. Outstanding look to the fuselage.

I gave up on the Eduard one in 1:48. You are goading me into considering trying again.

Thanks a lot!
I have used MRP RLM83 acrylic lacquer paint. Very good stuff to place thin layers under control
