Post by: gedmundson on January 16, 2020, 12:27:40 PM: Hello folks, finally finished my Wingnut Wings RE.8. The model was a pleasure to build. If the crew figures look a bit familiar, I've posed them previously with my build of the Brisfit. They're the Model Cellar figures from their popular 1/32 WW1 line.

Bob - you'd asked about figure painting, and I have to admit that I change the way I paint figures with each one I do. Those two RFC crew were done using oil paints for the faces, and I paint exclusively with acrylics now. Sometimes I prime everything in black, sometimes not. I would have trouble running a seminar since I'm still learning things with every one I attempt.
