Those few who have been following My Off Topic build of the Gloster Meteor will know that I had an issue with the Pheon 56 squadron decals. I just want to say that Rowan and Sabine are Awesome and offer customer service second to none! Got an E Mail today that My order/replacement decals are on the way. Thanks Rowan and I am glad you are on the Mend. Looking forward to sending More of My Money your way when the Camel Aces sheet is ready!

and just to clarify there WAS NO CHARGE for the replacement! Rare service in these Days and Times!!

I am in complete agreement with Rick, Rowan and Sabine are great people and their service to the community is second to none.  I too am extremely happy with their customer service (not to mention their fantastic decals).

I received the replacement decals for the Meteor today. Again at no charge to me. This is why we love dealing with Pheon Decals. Rowan sent all of the markings decals, not just the checks and roundel for the right side!

So true. Not ordered from them for years now, but a nice stash of their wonderful decals and it always was a delight to deal with them.
I'm now patiently waiting for the release of the Halberstadt CL.II(late) set.

Yesterday I went through my stash and noticed I have their 1/48 Halberstadt CL.IV set, so I ordered a Mirage Halberstadt CL.IV (Halberstadt built).
When I finish the Albi D.III, I'll do that one...with the Pheon decals. :)

Meteor is nice, but will we see Pheon decals for ICM's beautiful new Gladiator???

Things have been quiet at Pheon over the past several months.  Pre-orders for what seems like indeterminate amounts of time.  Hope all is well.
