Beautifully done Terri. She fought you most (if not all) of the way, but you came out on top. Congrats :D

A long and bumpy road Terri, but a result well worth the effort and more. Nicely done, she's a "Beaut"! 8) 8) 8)

Phew! So much to admire, the detail, the finish, the scheme

Great build! I love this aircraft - it’s a real beast of a thing!

Your SSW turned out top notch Terri! A beautiful, if challenging, build. You overcame some obstacles that would have made many quit! Lovely work!!

Simply stunning, T! Magnificent in every way. I've got the Koster D.IV and you've inspired me to haul it out and start hacking away.

A Great build of a really not-so-easy Kit! But beautifully done and detailed... I love the colours, looks superb to me! Regards, Marc.

Very nice!

Thanks guys for the very kind comments . Really mean a lot to me :)
Towards the end of the build it almost made it to the trash to be honest , so close ... Trash can was even egging me on !
Glad I didn't though and pushed through and won the war .

Great looking model, Terri. One would never guess it's a vac kit. :D
-
Thanks Ken , it's sitting beside my Eduard build and you are correct Ken , it doesn't look like a vac kit at all . ;)

Excellent model, Terri
A masterpiece

Thanks Ermeio :)

That's a real beauty, Terri! Awesome work on a tough kit.

Great work, Terri! With lots of obstacles in the way to a finished model it looks even better and is more satisfying than a build with a shake and bake kit. I love this plane because of its sturdy apperance.

Nice model and a deep respect to finish such vac kit :o

My apologies Terri but I missed this one - engrossed in finishing the Caproni I am afraid...!
This is another cracker from you. I really like the colour schemes that you choose - always eye-catching. The finish is also of the very best standard - great modelling in every way.

Holy Cow, Terri! Sweet SSW...I just love it and the fact that it fought back, makes it even better. Well done!!

Lovely Terri,
What a shame one of the new CSM/Wingnuts kits wasn’t a SSW!

Thanks Dan and Guy for dropping by and commenting :)
Guy , it is what it is and I do have Rodens SSW D.III in the stash ;)

Hi Terri,
Now that is a cracking model and a vac kit as well.
I have the Roden D.III in my stash - now you've triggered my interest,
Mike
-
Nicely done !!
Ed
-
very nicely done - great finish and markings choice!
This kit is such a flashback - I seem to recall attempting it as a first vac form while in college maybe around 1993 or so? Could be faulty memory though :)

Sorry for the late reply back guys , it has been rather busy of late .
Thanks for the kind remarks towards my build :)
