WOW, THAT's HUGE! I have ordered the Gotha G.I and NOT YET confessed to my loving wife... Seems like as the box is so huge, I can't let it „slip“ into our house, but have to tell her in advance...

Thanks for sharing Eric. That is a bigggggg box.

Hehe...of course! It's the same length and width as the Felixstowe's and about 1/2 the height. :)

Indeed. It would be like trying to slip an elephant into the house. ;D

I have never seen Gotha G.IV box live, can anyone tell me how does it compare to AEG G.IV? This would let me know the size of G.I better.
-
The G.IV box is the same as the AEG; the G.I box is the same as the ‘Dualist’ boxes.
Thanks, Justin. Now only fingers crossed for the mail service, my Gotha must be very close :)

Today at our local IPMS Meeting I had the pleasure of closely examining the G.1 Kit and the box it came in. Two immediate thoughts to pass on; a lot of very impressive plastic in the box and NO, you ain't gonna sneak that box past the "Missus", RH!! ::) :-\
Cheers,
