Title: SE.5a Vee tail experimental
Post by: Berman on May 07, 2019, 02:08:32 AM
In 1919 an experimental Se.5a was built. They eliminated the vertical stabilizer and rudder and angled the horizontal stabilizer upward like a Beechcraft Bonanza. There was an article with some drawings in an old Windsock magazine but no photos. Does anyone know if they utilized a Hispano Suiza or Woseley SE.5a for this modification? Do any photos exist?
