Title: A Sopwith Camel model made in WW1
Post by: Dave W on May 03, 2019, 07:46:47 PM
The RNZAF Museum at Christchurch New Zealand has an interesting curio in its collection, a large scale model Sopwith Camel, painted in what is believed to be original PC10.

While the model's provenance is not confirmed, it is thought it was made from parts of a crashed real Camel by RFC ground crew. This is not confirmed but the tantalising aspect is the thought they may have painted it with some genuine PC10 from the stores.
