Title: Helloo from a WWI Virgin!
Post by: Inverted on October 10, 2012, 05:58:46 PM
Hi Everyone,

I'm Chris from the UK. Been modelling again for a few years now and I'm about to delve full on into WWI modelling. There's something about these models that make my heart flutter over anything else. The WNW collection is growing exponentially and with The Shuttleworth collection being handy whenever I can visit my folks hopefully I maybe able to assist with any particular requests.

Hello Chris and welcome to the forum, welcome also to the world of WW1 aircraft modeling. I'm looking forward to seeing your first build in this genre of modeling, plenty of people here who are all willing to answer any question you may have regarding these wonderful models. Thanks for your offer about the Shuttleworth Collection, I'm sure there will be many here who will ask for favours.

Des.

Welcome to the forum, Chris, and welcome to WWI aviation.  We've got a friendly lot here, so don't hesitate to ask questions.  Quite a few of us are relatively new to WWI aircraft modeling, so none of your questions will be too far afield for any of us.
Cheers,
Bud
