Title: 1/32 maps
Post by: Gisbod on January 26, 2017, 10:47:23 PM
Any ideas for a nice map to put in the cockpit? Or anything else of interest? Goggles? Helmets, scarfs?

Ideas, products?

Thanks

Guy

This site http://library.mcmaster.ca/maps/ww1/home (http://library.mcmaster.ca/maps/ww1/home) has many images of WW1 trench maps and the like. You may be able to download and size reduce/print a suitable example.

if you are not worried about absolute correct maps, look around for 1/35 scale maps, altough I have used 1/48 or 1/72 scale maps as well, it was a bundle from Verlinden I picked up cheap from ebay.
They look like a map which is to me the most inportant and when folded up you only see a tiny portion so it is hard to say where it is from.
just my 2 cents.
