Royce Wilson has just spent some time in England visiting the Science Museum and the Imperial War Museum, whilst there he took a lot of photos and has allowed me to share them on the forum, thanks Royce.

Thank you Royce via Des. I never tire of seeing such photos and always notice things that had previously escaped me completely.
Best wishes
Nigel

Thank you Royce/Des for posting. Looks like a wonderful place to visit.

Yes, thank you, Des! And: "Hey, Wingnut Wings, Roden and Copper State - what about an AVRO 504 in 1:32th scale?"
-
Thanks to Royce...
I have seen that Eindecker in the Science Museum, and with the dark roof and dim lighting it is a nightmare to photograph. Even with the flash on it is difficult to get the lighting right. Plus the aircraft isn't skinned which doesn't help!
However studying Royce's pics carefully will give clear references to rigging routing etc.

Thanks for posting these Des, and to Royce for sharing them. The "open" Eindecker is amazing, great work!
Cheers,
Lance

Really good photos. As mentioned, the Science Museum is very hard to get good pictures in due to the dim lighting. Also , the way things are displayed does not help.
Paul.

Great pictures, and thanks for sharing! :)
Isn't Camel N6812 the one that shot down a German airship over the North Sea?
