Very sad to see such a beautiful replica damaged, but like the article says, it can be rebuilt, the pilot escaped unharmed so that is the most important thing.

What a shame - to think I was only stood before it looking absolutely magnificent just a few weeks ago. Just goes to show how easy it is for something to go wrong.

As you say Des, it's not a write off - hopefully it will not be too long before it's in flying condition again.

Ouch!! Hurts just to look at it, what a shame. On the good side of the coin the Pilot walked away and she can be repaired, and as others have already said, that's the big concern handled!
