I'm an RC modeler in awe of the detail that the masters here are able to achieve at the scales they work at. Absolutely fascinating to observe. Currently primarily flying a 1/3 scale N28-c1 of the 94th Aero Squadron # 6164 flown by Douglas Campbell. Also another N28 and an SE 5a both at 1/4 scale.

Hello Doc and welcome. You're right that the level of detail achieved by the masters here is aweness. It is truly inspiring, but one of the great things about this forum is that there remains scope for duffers like me!
