Title: Shapeways free shipping week
Post by: Derrick on August 16, 2016, 06:29:35 AM
I just got an email that Shapeways is doing a free shipping week, until the 21st of August. I bought stuff from Bo's store before and I am thinking of getting the  S.S. Zero Submarine Scout shown on this site. Seem to remember someone linking to a German cannon used on German bombers here as well.

Does anyone know of some of the other shops that might be on Shapeweays, with stuff related to the First World War that might be on interest.

If you like to play ww1 rpg like "blue max" they have a ton of 1/144 aircraft you can paint and put into play on a little stand. I also have seen a framed dr.1 in large scale maybe 1/16 Not really sure the scale

There are 1/32 Fokker D.VII structural parts by Aviattic: Both wings, tail, and rear fuselage to match WNW's front structure.

When you visit this shop http://www.shapeways.com/shops/panzervstanks you find this guy offering German Ground crew of wwi from 1/144 until 1/32. I have some in 1/48 and they are not bad under a coat of paint.

I decided to try this one:
Coanda 1910 Jet Sleigh 1/48 scale
https://www.shapeways.com/product/MDKGNBENP/coanda-1910-jet-sleigh-1-48-scale?optionId=55924001
It is a very interesting subject ana it will not be out of place among the other 1/48 kkits
I know there is a resin kit around, but I did not manage to get my hands on it.
