Title: Airshow tragedy in the U.S.
Post by: nmroberto on June 04, 2016, 01:58:21 AM
Yesterday one of the Navy Blue Angels demonstration team F/A 18s crashed while practicing for a air show.  The pilot was killed in the crash.  Say a prayer for his wife and children.

In addition one of the USAF Thunderbirds jets crashed, fortunately the pilot ejected and was unharmed.

Yes indeed Ernie, Airshows are a wonderful venue, but a dangerous one as well. I always pause and reflect on the lost and their families when events like this occur, and two in one day is double tragedy.
