Not the simplest of the wingnut but still a treat to assemble a kit of this brand!
The decor matches a device photographed at Aboukir Egypt 1926.
The weathering is performed with oils.

Beautifully done gruson, the shading/weathering is absolutely superb and the detailing the same. Your title photo looks like the real thing, you've done a magnificent job on this one!

Getting those inter-war aluminium/silver finishes is really difficult but you have not only done that you have a suitable worn effect too! I am lost for words to express my true feelings - wonderful will have to do!
