George, it's an American diving suit from New York. :) Can you please go and find us one in some East Coast nautical museum? Photos most welcome.
p.s. Don't ask me why the suit has nipples, it's a great mystery.
-
just in case a lady diver needs to use it.

I'm on the west coast, so I'm not planning on being in New York any time soon. I'll hand this assignment over to a certain Mr. Scarborough since he's the resident New Yorker in our midst.
And don't act like you don't know about the nipples... ::)

Ahhhh, that's right, you're a Californian. I agree, Mr Scarborough is well placed in the East to find us some (thing).

I wonder if the "nipples" could be hok ups for sir. In this site http://gizmodo.com/the-evolution-of-the-atmospheric-diving-suit-1537111854 about 5 pics down you can see an air line going into the back of the suit. I have to say those divers must have been incredably brave or very insane. I know I could never do that.
Hope the site helps somewhat.

Hey James
Now that's a wealth of photographic inspiration. Great find, I thoroughly enjoyed these photos. I really hope Walter knows about these ones, maybe he'll be inspired to do some more kits. Í will send him the link you shared.
Thank you James :)
Best regards

I just had another thought maybe the nipples are for pumping it up like those wierd rubber things you get you get in those wierd shops in brown paper bags. ;D

Please Mr Waldo don't get me started on rubber. I met my first love at Otto's Rubber Emporium. Then I met my second love, and her sister, and then Rachel, and the rest all ended in tears. ;D
The nipples, Mr Waldo, remain an enduring mystery. I think it would be helpful if you gave the matter some thought and found an answer for the forum. It has also been suggested, in less distinguished places that our forum, that the nipples are for hooks, used when lifting the suit for fitting. I'm just not convinced.
I will follow your research in this area with great interest. Hmmm, hobby shops with little brown paper bags, Waldo you must have an interesting stash.

Hi Steven, and Otto.
Last time I bought a medicinal red it came in a brown paper bag ;D
I ponder that all brown paper bags are not created equal?
So, perhaps the answer to the nipple conundrum lies not in the minds of men, but in a little paper bag, or it's contents. ::)
I'm not sure which I get more enjoyment from, your fascinating models or your oratory :D
Please keep it up!

I'm glad you like the fun.

Isn't it amazing how great photos stand the test of time.

Hahahaha. ;D
It isn't very complimentary to her figure, but I reckon it kept the "admirers" at bay.
Gotta be one heck of a successful chastity belt! ;D
-
Nice shot of Rachel all shiny and dressed up to hit the clubs! Ooo la la! Better be careful, there might be some young eyes out there!

Hi Steven
Thats not Rachel in there it's her crossdressing brother Roger, note no grease nipples.
