That seems interesting... until I saw that it was a "digital"-only book... I think I´m old-fashioned as I still prefer a solid paper one.  ???

Same here my friend, but I have a Kendal so I figured why not but to good uses. Actually it's about time I guess as I've had for two years and never bothered with. For now the E-version is it,but I hope eventually to have it in paper.

Paper version available as well (with additional pages) but more expensive. I expect my copy in the next couple of days so I'll let you know what it's like.

I like the idea of the digital book. Not only are they affordable but free up display space.

             To me, at least, this is definitely NOT off-topic. Had I not ventured into this section to see what off topic things folks were about, I would have missed it entirely. Thanks for posting it, but it really should be moved to another section. Some other folks would be interested in this book I am certain, and they may not venture here to look for such.
