Title: WnW Fokker D.VII (alb) Nickchen IV

Took me a while to complete this model (about 6 months), but here it is finally. Great kit, but attention is needed in some steps. Big problem was Wood & Wire decals which I readied as instructions adviced, but still they were extremely fragile. It was impossible to use masking tape even after several layers of varnish, as decals ripped off from the carrier film. Anyway, after some cosmetic surgery and careful painting, I managed to put them on the place. This was my second WW1 kit and it's quite rough in some places, but I'm trying to learn slowly...

I can't really take credit for the photos: my girlfriend is a professional photographer and it would be crime not use her skills :)

Bo, not sure if you can pronounce it, it's just a twist from my first name :)

Not to butt in and answer for Janne, but my tip for using W&W decals is don't. Use Aviattic instead! ;)

You did an exceptionally nice job on accenting the detail of the model on the engine cowling, and weathered other areas of the white finish very well. I always found working with a white finish difficult on any model, and you have pulled it off beautifully. Well done indeed!
