Hello,
Not the easiest one I must admit. There even was a time when I was considering to put it into a closet unfinished.
Now I`m glad that thanks to OEFFAG 153, who sold me the model I was able to build it. I fell in love with this plane in the meantime...

Outstanding a real show winner

I built this kit 20 odd years ago,its still a great kit and you have done a fantastic job on it.Bravo!
-
You have done a brilliant job with this model Filip, it could easily be mistaken for a larger scale with the amount of detail you have gone to. The rigging has turned out excellent and the colours you used are superb, very well done.

Stunning results! Like Des said it could be mistaken for a larger scale! I enjoyed following your build. Very Well done from start to finish!!

Ok, I give up! I think I'll take up basket weaving. :o
That is impressive! How in the h#%* did you do all that rigging in 1/48??

I'm glad you didn't put it away in a closet. It's excellent. 8)

Great that you have completed it, Filip. It is simply stunning. Congratulations.
And yes, it is very easy to fell in love with this aircraft ;)
-
Beautifully done. The closet lost out this time!

Gorgeous work, Filip!
Drew

Utterly magnificent, Filip! In any scale, this would be considered a masterpiece, but in 1/72 scale...well, I have no words. I love it.
Cheers,
Bud

I'm very glad you didn't put it away. It's a joy to behold and the rigging is a real labour of love. Well done.
-
having rigged one of these in 1/72 scale I know something of what you have been through. I am delighted that the closet has lost out (hope it is not too upset) - that is a simply superb model and as has been commented, a winner and no mistake.
I fell in love with tis machine when I was a teenager - just had to wait about 40+ years before I got my model of one!
-
Bravo, this absolutely outstanding model, congratulations!

I could not agree more - well done!

You are all way too kind. The model has many flaws! When it comes to rigging, I think it wasn`t that hard - the turnbuckles were easier to make (due to flat wires buckles - no "loops") than in Taube. Even though it can be utterly frustrating I really like this part of modelling ;)
Once again thank you for your encouraging words! They might motivate me enough to start Vickers Gunbus soon...

"wasn't that hard" :o
I can't wait to see you start on that Gunbus!

At first I thought it was WNW model ;) it looks great. :)
I really like the rigging.
Adam.

Stunning model, I also thought first that this is in larger scale! :)
-
Fantastic job Filip, incredible detail for the scale, and the rigging is spectacular! Nice work!
Cheers,
Lance
-
Excellent work, Sir.
Great to see one of these built up, and to such a standard.
-
that is one nice fe2b, from the photos you might guess this is the wnw kit
