Hello All,
Well, it's the third Thursday in November, and after midday, so that can only mean one thing - the Beaujolais nouveau is available. Ena and I will raise a glass to forum friends.
Best wishes

A wine war??? Oh dear...will we next be asked to consider which are more beautiful? French women, or Italian women?? If so, I volunteer as judge!
Cheers from NYC (home of the best blends),

As a trained historian I'm wary of hyperbole, but I've just read that this year's beaujolais nouveau is blessed by god and hailed as the best ever; even better than 2009 apparently. It is stronger than usual, up to 14% due to the spring and summer weather. I don't know if that means anything to anyone.
As to our very own wine wars, I've no idea about the relative qualities of national wines - a spoon has more sensitive taste buds than me!
Best wishes

Well, if the Lone Modeler reads this he will insist it must come in 1/72 scale bottles.
