Title: Rugby World Cup
Post by: macsporran on November 01, 2015, 04:08:30 AM
Congratulations to New Zealand on winning a fantastic World Cup Final. What a game.
Sorry to the Ozzy members but, as a Scot, it would have been fitting if the Wallabies had lost to a wrong referee decision in the last 90 seconds! (If you've followed the tournament you'll know what I mean.)

........ and to cap it all, Sonny Bill Williams gives his medal to a 14-year old lad who had been roughly tackled by a security guard when he tried to get near his hero!
What a sport. Sonny Bill and Rugby both!

That was one of the most humbling, magnificent gestures I have ever seen; it moved us to tears. What a man!
