For your delectation. A really enjoyable build, for the Romsey Modellers club competition. I'll take this to Yeovilton model show this weekend, but I dont think it will stand too much transportation.
The kit decals behaved very well. I used white and black EZ line and Bob's buckles.

Beautifully done, Dave. And a very unique scheme - you've pulled it off very nicely.

Yeovilton show you say? On vacation from Canada, we pulled into that area a year or so ago looking to sample a bit of Ilchester cheese (which we were led to believe was staggeringly popular) and weren't disappointed. Ended up doing a quick tour of the Fleet Air Arm Museum and seeing their beautiful Sopwith Pup replica.

At catterick, there were American trainee aircraft handlers. The American slang alongside Limey etc for Brits was lobster, based on redcoats. Hence I think WNW were right about red. There's the coffin too, likely to be black.
