Title: vac practice ?
Post by: Checkers67 on July 19, 2012, 10:39:53 PM
Yesterday I received two free vac kits. Onr Falcon B.E.2c and Tom's Model Works Fokker D.VI. I figure these kits are perfect for practice before I begin the Koster Hannover. My question is there a good on line tutorial for vac kits?
TIA.

Steve

  Steve,
Here's another link you may find useful my friend. The Tom's Modelworks Fokker D.VI would be a excellent firt vac build.
Highest Regards,

Nice sites. I started carving and sanding Thursday evening on the D.VI wing halfs. I stop Friday because of events here in the States. Today Saturday the wings are looking really good! My confidence gains daily. I gotta say the white metal parts in this kit are quite good. The only thing missing are the decals. ;D
