Holy sh...... It is a lovely kit, but this price is very high.
I'm sorry to say this.
Good luck selling it.

Re: the "very high" price.
I guess it depends on what gauge you are using to compare the price. It is an unfortunate fact that eBay is now the main means of selling OOP kits and, therefore, the prices are being set by the sales on eBay. If you will look at my posting again, you will see that I based my price on the average of the 5 most recent sales on eBay, thereby developing a price that is neither high nor low but, literally, average, and, I am offering free shipping in the CONUS. (BTW, this average did not include the 'Harry Tate' that recently sold on eBay for $275.00.) You will also see that, as of my posting, there were no other Harry Tate kits on eBay. It is therefore a sellers market. Despite that, I chose to list it at what I feel is a reasonable price considering the current market.
I am builder, not a kit trader, and I do not want to sell any of these kits, but, I need to raise cash.
As for needing luck to sell it, well, the last three OOP WnW kits I listed in this manner of pricing all went within 12 hours.
If anyone else wishes to discuss the price please contact me directly by PM. I chose this forum to sell it, not to begin a discussion of OOP kit pricing and, in so doing, possibly dissuade others from purchasing it.
Sincerely yours,
Michael Scarborough
