My first post here is it as much of figuring out how to post a photo more than anything else.
Here (hopefully) is my Revell Fokker E-III, 1/72 scale right out of the box. My very first rigging attempt.

Considering the age of the kit and it is your first attempt to rig, I think that you should feel very satisfied. That is an impressive model - i hope that you will go on to show us more.
