All of them, eventually, they are all limited run kits.

Not really gone. The same molds are in the OAW Albatros D.Va kit.

wow

Well I think this was predicted by the April Fools list wasn't it? Also it seems to me that when WNW starts saying there are NO replacement Sprues for a certain kit it is soon to be gone!

I think the philosophy here is to buy what ever you can whenever you can because you just never know when it will no longer be available.

I think you are exactly right Des, if there is a wingnut kit you REALLY want scrimp and save and grab it as quickly as you can, I missed out on the LVG C.VI by dragging my heals. But just lately instead of getting new release kits I have picked up some older ones ( just as they have sold out as it happens ) .
Interestingly, I recently re-read the Wingnut article on Hyperscale ( it was so long science I originally read it I had forgotten most of it ) and it blew me away how much it covered ( with pictures ) items such as special edition re pressings and resin figures saying they would be available in 2012 ???

My wife, who is a big LEGO fan, was just discussing that very thing with the manager of a near by LEGO store. She collects the big modular city building sets, which cost more than the average WNW kit ($150-$200) and can become unavailable through normal channels within a couple years. And if you think sold out WNW kits fetch silly money on eBay, you should see what those LEGO sets fetch! I've seen them top $1000. :o
Cheers,

The D.Va of von Hunoldstein was the third or forth Wingnuts Wings kit I built. It remains one of my favorites. I like the wooden fuselage combined with the color camo wing treatment. This likely also has something to do with my high klutz factor with expansive decals. Having missed out on the Harry Tate (grumble, moan, whine...) I went for another D.Va which arrived a few weeks ago. It's sitting patiently on my pile of unbuilt Wingnuts Wings kits until my skills get better.
I also agree that one should get the kits that appeal when it's possible to do so. I have a couple that I probably won't build and when that F.1/Dr.1 and/or Fokker E-V appears, I'll sell them off and get those others which have a more significant historical appeal to me.

I presume we're talking about Wingnut Wings kits here? So once they're sold out that's it then? Finished for good?
Do they ever re-run them?

Hi Ermeio.
Here is WNWs comment from 1 Apr 14.
cheers :)
Hi,
Overnight a website error caused several of our models to wrongly appear as sold
out. While all our models are limited and will eventually sell out, these models
are still currently available as of 1 April 2014;
32005 1/32 Gotha G.IV US$149
32008 1/32 Sopwith Triplane US$69
32009 1/32 Albatros D.V US$69
32011 1/32 Fokker D.VII (Fok) US$79
32015 1/32 Albatros D.Va US$69
32027 1/32 Fokker D.VII (Alb) US$79
32030 1/32 Fokker D.VII (OAW) US$79
Almost certainly more models will appear to be sold out in error over the next
few hours. Hopefully we will have this fixed some time today (New Zealand time).
We apologise for any concern that may have been caused. If this website error
caused you to place a panic order and you wish to cancel it for a full refund
please email [email protected] with your order details.

They haven't yet Squiffy, but we've only recently seen kits hit the "sold out" status. Of course WHEN they come out in another guise is anyone's guess, that's all it is: a guess.
