Saw this on FB and read the review here http://forum.largescalemodeller.com/topic/3592-132-fokker-d-vii-empty-ammo-box-madsam/ I have asked if there are any left and hopefully can order a couple. I have also asked if they might make the control horns separately. Maybe of interest if you are quick to order.

Those look cool - thanks for the heads up!

Nice, would save some aggro for most D.VII builds, along with Gaspatch ammo belts.. sweet.
Just a shame the D.VII itself is going to be in short supply though.

A run of 15 sets may be an experiment to see if demand is good. I don't know anything about producing photo etch but it's easier than pouring resin , isn't it?

Well I have 2 in the mail. I also wrote and asked about just making the control horns and the owner sounds amiable. Maybe if there was some interest he might come out with these?

ive got a few on order as well

Ordered two sets here :)

Received mine and built one up - probably would be easier with one of those photoetch folding tools but I just used tweezers and pliers. The feed chutes are a bit tricky at first to assemble....
A section of ammunition from Taurus fits pretty good in the feed chute - I think this will look slick in a WNW DVII (now I just need to start another one to put it in lol)

Pouring Resin is incredibly easy....not sure about the photo etch.

resins easier thats for sure.its just a systematic aproach that must be followed, the neater and more accurate you are about making molds the better your results.
