Title: Morane Saulnier Type N
Post by: Cage à poules on January 26, 2015, 08:32:56 AM
Hello
I began to built the Eduard kit (1/48) and his little brother, The revell kit in 1/72 scale.

I began with the bigger by preparing half a fuselages.

(http://nsm08.casimages.com/img/2015/01/17//15011706041310331812883602.jpg) (http://www.casimages.com/img.php?i=15011706041310331812883602.jpg)

The drilling of the openings of air inlets of the carbu, I want to replace them with metalics parts. I deleted the lacing-up on the sides of the fuselage as well as the logo MS. I want to replace the logo by a PE part from the old Eduard Box.

A little painting inside.

The floor is oïl painted and the seat is made with a recycling part.

The "desk"....

You are moving along very well with this build Alain, the engine looks very good and you did a great job with the deflector plates on the prop.

Patrick this is a fantastic idea! I mean to build two models in parallel but in different scale! It would be nice to see the same parts photographed together (small scale and larger scale)...

By the way the work you're doing is masterclass!

Ciao

Antonio

Excellent work, Sir!

Could you provide a little detail on your modifications to the old Revell kit?

One of my favorite airplanes. I like the strong appearance of the Bullet!
Nice paintjob and a clean built.
I hope Eduard will release someday this beautyful fighter again.

Thanks for the great update, Alain!  Your work on the
Morane is superb.  I really like the paint chipping on the
black forward area.  Yours will be a wonderful model when
you are done, my friend!

Cheers,
Ernie :)
