Title: AK Ineractive True Metal
Post by: WarrenD on December 25, 2014, 12:22:54 AM
Forumites,
First: Merry Christmas! I do hope all are in a position to enjoy friends, family, those folks they love, and good health. I wish you all nothing but the best.  :)
Now, on to serious business. I haven't seen anyone post about this yet, I got it from my pards over on the 72nd Scale Aircraft Forum, and didn't know if y'all were aware. Maybe you are, and I'm just late coming to the party. (WARNING: Scale model figure nudity is involved, so, depending on your standards, it may not be safe for office, small children, or those with sensitive Victorian sensibilities.)

One thing that hasn't been addressed in the original thread was whether one can apply decals over it, but I don't think that will be an issue for us. At first blush, it looks like kind of like "Rub 'N Buff", but I don't think it is wax-based.

Enjoy.

Rub n Buff is wax based, as is this stuff apparently, so yeah, kinda like rub n buff in a greater range of colors.

Will have to try it...

Unlike Rub 'n Buff, this stuff actually dries according to the user on one of the videos, so I'm led to think that it might not be wax-based.

The first page of the PDF says it's wax based.
