This probably squeezed the last single seat for a little while

I am definitely attracted by the two-seater or more .........................

be one of the most pleasing looking aeroplanes of the Great
War.  Yours is coming along beautifully!  I look forward to

Hi Gruson, nice to meet you here too!

Very precise and clean work on the engine, and beautiful wood effect in the cockpit.

I'm also attracted by the Aviattic lozenge decals, but I find the upperwing "Copenhagen blue" is a little too purplish. Actually it looks like this on the sheets but far better on an airplane, for instance the D-Va Gruson recently built.

I had the same feeling about this paintscheme, which greatly highlights the clean and sleek lines of the bird. I also love your method for painting the exhaust and tried to get something similar on my (much smaller) WIP Pfalzes.

Jeanluc,

I really like what you have done here.  I would have been frightened of that monochromatic color scheme, but your delicate touch has resulted in something quite lovely.

Well done!
