Is there any chance that you might do a sheet of Christiansen's markings for the W.12 as you did for the W.29, Rowan? I, for one, would buy them.
Cheers,
Bud

As would I.
Seems rather odd that WNW didnt profile this option themselves IMHO. I was laying in bed with the datafile working out which number aircraft I could model using the WNW serial codes chopped and swapped about last night. Don't think my hands are steady enough to mask and paint the Diamond C though these days. ::)

The C in the diamond should be virtually identical to the W29 marking, its the fuselage code that might be more tricky

Or scan it and get me to cut a mask for you. Simples!

Hello Bud,
Yes, I was thinking of doing a small sheet of markings which could include Christiansen's and three or four others, plus number sets. In fact, Christiansen's markings and serial number sets are already available on the small sheet we did for the HB29 (32041 at £3.50) and all that might be needed for the W.12 would be to mask and paint a white band to fit the fuselage - I haven't yet tried the decals against the new kit's fuselage so perhaps even that could be adapted.
EDIT:
Just had a look at photos of Cjhristiansen's W.12 and the aspect ratio of the "C" seems quite different from that carried by his W.29, as well as appearing to have black outlines to the white band.

Some additional markings, including Christiansen's, would be very nice indeed. Can those be pre-ordered, maybe?

The new Pheon decal set for the W.12 arrived savely. Once more, thank you very much for your excellent service!

Bugger.
I dropped the ball on one Christiansen's W.12 markings. The starboard Port side "C" is facing the wrong way, so I am having a corrected sash marking for that side printed. The corrected decal should be with us at the end of August and will be sent out to customers then.
Many thanks to Bertl for very gently pointing this mistake out.
Sorry folks!

Thanks, Rowan, for the usual conscientious attitude toward your product. Mine arrived today and is excellent shape. I will look forward to the errata sash decals when they are ready.

Looking forward to purchasing these for my W.12

Just wondering what the status of the corrected Christiansen W.12 decals is.
Cheers,

Almost a year passed since publication of the W.12 decal sheets - there are any news regarding the corrected portside "C" in the decal sheet? ???

The corrected decals have been available for a long time and you should have received yours months ago. I can only assume that there has been an oversight. Pleases email us with your address and Sabine will post yours straight away.
Sorry that we appear to have forgotten you!
By the way, an email direct to us would be a more reliable means of asking this sort of question as there is no guarantee that I would see it as a post on this or any other forum.
