Excellent account of the first bombing raids on London.  Highly recommended!

One word of warning - reading this may cause a sudden urge to buy a Wingnut Wings Gotha.   :)

I can also add a highly recommended for this book. I have it and it is a great read. Another great one is Gotha Summer by C.M. White. Either of these two books will make one want to pick up a Wingnut Gotha really bad.

And I can recommend "The sky on fire" by Raymond Fredette as well. I have read that one as well as the Hanson book - and loved both of them. The next one will be "Londonflüge" by Walter Aschoff...

Stefan, has the Aschoff book ever been published in English?

Not that i am aware of. I received my book (1st edition), as a birthday present. But it is in German language and fraktur typeset, amaking it a bit hard to read.
