A rare event for us, but we now have decal set 48037 available for Eduard's new SSW kit before it hits the shelves! A coup made possible due to our earlier release of 1/32nd scale markings for Roden's model.
We have avoided duplication of the kit's markings with one exception, simply because we think it would be helpful to have all the Kest 5 black-fuselaged machines with the same golden yellow markings....
Price is £11.75 plus p&p
See the website for full details and to order - now a relatively simple operation as the website is nearing completion - well done Sabine!!

If you want to pay for these now and reserve them for collection at Telford (thus avoiding postage costs), we are happy to do that and would, of course, love to see you there in person!
A note of caution, we haven't printed too many of these, as normal, but we do expect them to sell very well, particularly at the Telford show in three week's time, so if you do want a set I suggest that you don't delay your order too long.......
News on another 1/48th set will be along soon.

Hi Rowan, I assume it's number 48 037?
Don't know what you mean ;)
Ta, mate.

Just ordered mine, along with the Pfalz D.XII sheet I've been trying to buy for a while!
Now. Will Eduard step up with their lozenge? Or will I be sending money to Richard and Harry?
Rob

Rob I think you will buy the Lozenge from Richard.

Just sent Sabine the shipping payment, Rowan! Thanks for looking out for us.
Rob, Richard's lozenge is the best I've ever used. It's a wise investment.
Cheers,
Bud

I think you may be right.
Eduard have posted pics of the marking options, and they have the loz applied at an angle, with strips running parallel along the whole wing.
Was that right, or were the wings mirrored in the application?
Only 1 option in common with Pheon sheet!
Rob.

I havent seen the Eduard lozenge, but I think the below was how it should be laid out on the SSDIII (this was a templated set I did for the 1/32 kit based on the colors of Doug Baumann)

Hi Petrov,
Thanks for the post.
Eduard has the layout going the other way, from what I can see on their Facebook posting, sloping down from right to left, leading edge to trailing edge.
My question was about whether the pattern was the same across the whole upper wing, or was each half a mirror image of the other.
I need to have a look at the Datafile, and see if there is a pic to illustrate my point.

That's great to hear Richard.
I'm champing at the bit for these and some D.VII in 1/48.
Enjoy Yeovillton and Telford.
I wish I was there to help you lubricate your throat!
