Title: How to track a WNW order?

Friends,

once more I need your help with a (maybe) stupid problem: How can I find out where my parcel is at the moment (was sent away from WNW on June 06th)? Of course I could start bombarding WNW's staff with emails, but I do not want to be the one being responsible for another delay of the AEG GIV (like in "we had to answer too many silly questions on possibly lost orders and couldn't work on our models").

Is there a tracking number hidden somewhere in the "your order was sent"-message that I cannot find?

Like this Stefan 5th line down. Track it through your local courier at your end.

Hi Stefan,
Yes, there is a tracking number.  They refer to it as a consignment number.  In the message I received, it looks like this:

Order Number: 61685911-14079
Order Date: 19 June 2014
Shipping Method: Free International Shipping
Shipping Date: 24 June 2014
Your Consignment Number(s): EP503326654NZ

Too bad - my order does not have that number, as that space has not been filled in.

In that case I would email WNW. If it was sent 6th of June so it should have arrived at latest 10 days ago. I once had a similar issue and found out it had been returned to WNW for some reason.

I did have one shipment with no consignment no. An email to WNW sales sorted it out. I hope you get a swift reply and your parcel shows up.
