I registered today after following a link on Hyperscale to this site to see the new WNW Roland. I'm slowly returning to WW1 modeling after doing mostly WW2(I'm a Spitfire junkie) and jet aircraft for the last 20 years. I built a large number of 1/72 WW1 kits during the 70s and 80s, and then dabbled a bit in Eduard's 1/48 range. I just finished a WNW Junkers J.1 and am on finals with a WNW Pfalz D.IIIa. I also have a Gavia Bristol Scout and Eduard Nie.11 started. It's a great time to be a WW1 modeler!

Hey bloke - Jump in.
Doesn't matter how often you go under (or even think you're about to) plenty of hands will reach down and pull you up: ask me how I know?
Welcome, and please post often - pic's are especially well thought of, and relished heartily.

Welcome to the Forum John, and back to WWI Modelling. We all "wander" off into other subject areas on occasion, I'm sure, which is probably healthy and adds to the enthusiasm when we return. Enjoy, and I look forward to seeing your work.
Cheers,
Lance
