Just stumbled on this forum doing a search. Glad I found it. I've been an avid scale modeller for years and have dabbled in the dark art of rigging a couple of times but with limited success. My latest stuff up has been the wingnutwings wings Ninak. I got to the stage of being completely satisfied with the build and weathering only to come undone with the rigging... Thinking that I should have preplanned the holes before going as far as I did. Oh well.
I've got a few kits in the stash including a 1/8 camel which will be built. Want to create the proper bracing for the fuselage using photo etch brass before going further.

WW1 is such a special era for flight and sometimes it can be taken for granted given it was the beginnings of  many concepts that make flight what it is now.

Looking forward to inputing and being inputed when I have the time.
